Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@outmout.com before sending the item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
